Outpatient Centers works similar to the hospitals mapping, but was never actually made live. Instead of showing each facility on the right, it provides outpatient services that a visitor may be interested in. The default is to show all markers.
When a visitor clicks on a checkbox, then only those facilities that offer that outpatient service are shown on the map.
